Return/Exchange policy for Aquazul Outfitters

Returns

Aquazul Outfitters will accept returns for the following reasons:

1. Flawed merchandise- within 30 days
2. Incorrect items received- within 10 days
3. Don’t like product- only for retail; product returned must be in unworn, good condition.
4. Must call Aquazul Outfitters @ 813-250-1530 for Return Authorization #.

Exchanges

Aquazul Outfitters WILL NOT accept exchanges unless the following conditions are met:

1. Possibility of exchanging product must be approved by Aquazul Outfitters management.
2. Restocking fee of 10% will be charged for all exchanged items.
3. If pricing or branding stickers must be removed Aquazul Outfitters from the returned merchandise before it can be returned to our inventory, the re-stocking fee will be 15%.
4. Closeout and discontinued styles WILL NOT be eligible for exchange/return. They are sold “as is”.
5. All exchanges must be made within 90 days of original invoice date.
6. All items exchanged must be in salable condition- unworn and clean
